- 10 years on cast iron burner

Yes, we need to know when you place your order for the factory to change out the Orpheus.

What temperature should I set my grill to?

Some no-flare grills want you to cook slow at a lower temperature, such as 375 degrees. We want you to grill at normal temperatures (450 - 500 degrees) because we have designed our grill to perform best at these temperatures. Grease vaporizing in the grill is what gives grilled food its distinct flavor. For those of you who like to grill in the winter months, the temperature can be set up to 600 degrees.

Do your grills tend to rust after a period of time?

Sarka Grills are made of 100% - 304 stainless steel, the ultimate in corrosion resistant steel, so rust shouldn't be an issue. We also make custom vinyl covers that are available for the 400 sq. in. and 500 sq. in. grills excluding the SSGI-500 Natural Gas Island Grill.
